Module 1

Module 1 - Digital Business Strategy Workshop

Strengthen your strategic advantage in a digital world

Digital is no longer an option – it does not matter whether you’re an Amazon, or a Johnny & Company. Covid-19 business disruption has made it even more so. So, are you thinking of taking your business digital?

Going digital is more than strapping computers and internet together. It is a strategy; and like all strategies, it stands or falls on the quality of insights and thinking that goes into it.

In this strategic workshop, we show you the building blocks for getting your digital business strategy right from the start. You will discover the foundational drivers, understand the power of digital ecosystems, the winning moves, and what it will take you to digitally transform your products, processes, services, or business model.

Module 2

Module 2 – Leadership Conversations that Matter

Energize your team with conversations that scale conflicts and inertia

In critical moments such as we are passing through, a leader’s conversations are fateful; they chart the path to recovery – or decline. Do your conversations energize or dampen? Inspire solutions or magnify problems and fears; resolve conflicts or inflame?

Leadership conversations are the vehicle of change in organizations. Conversations to move the business forward - sharing the vision, negotiating resources, engaging customers, partners, solving problems, etc. In the process, the organization becomes what its people often talk about, be it upbeat or downcast.

This master class helps you make the shift from critical to the constructive conversations that matter for achieving recovery and growth.

Module 3

Module 3 - Scenario Planning in Uncertain Times

Anticipate and reduce shocks from uncertainties

Your next strategic move is as good as the scenarios you build now!

In this hands-on session, we will walk you through the end-to-end processes of scenario planning, the pitfalls, and the triggers to watch out for, so that you can position for the upsides and mitigate any downsides.

What is the business outlook for Q4 2020?  What of Q3 2021? Who wins, Biden or Trump? Ostensibly, questions are the easy part in today’s turbulent times! In fact, there are no answers, let alone easy ones! Yet organizations – and even individuals – need some road map into the future. It guides where efforts are directed, and resources expended. Speculation does not cut it and hope is not a wise strategy when nothing is certain.
