Meet Your Facilitators

Zino FAPOHUNDA is a digital/growth marketing expert, with international experience across industries. She is currently working as a Performance and Growth Marketer at a Toronto based start-up, where she constantly deploys growth tactics to help optimize ROI and scale the business. 

She is also the conveyer of DMM Canada and marketing, aimed at helping immigrant marketers integrate into Canada's marketing industry. In her spare time, she loves to read and to watch goofy sitcoms on Netflix and Prime.

Roger DELVES: I teach and write about management development in what are the most challenging of times. My areas of interest are transformational leadership, Emotional Intelligence at work, authenticity in leadership and the role of integrity within ethical decision making. My approach is behavioural, with the key being self-exploration to discover sustainable professional approaches which are ethical, credible, and successful.

Over the years, I have taught all over the world, including India, Africa, China, America, the Middle East, Australia, the Far East, and many countries across Europe, working with several global clients.

I am currently an Associate Dean and Professor of Practice in Leadership at Ashridge Education, which is the Executive Education arm of Hult International Business School with campuses in Dubai, Shanghai, Boston, San Francisco, and New York.

Enife ATOBILOYE brings a wealth of experience from over 20 years of international leadership and organizational performance consulting, working with Market Leader Organisations to design and deliver several Leadership Development initiatives at various levels.

Enife Atobiloye has the unique position of being the First African to be certified as a Global Practitioner in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is additional certified in Strategic Workforce planning and several profiling tools.

She holds a Masters in Organizational Performance from the Cranfield School of Management and a bachelors in English.

Emmanuel EMIELU conducts workshops and consults in leadership, strategy and personal development working with executives across Africa and the Middle East.

He has over thirty years of diverse industry experience, and is a former executive of Halliburton, where he had responsibilities that at one time covered the Sub-Sahara African region. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, SPE, and Nigeria Gas Association, NGA. He also serves as a member of the Governing Council of the Lagos Business School Alumni Association, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, UK.

Emmanuel is the Managing Partner of Oil & Gas Soft Skills Limited, a leading provider of executive training, which he founded in 2007. He is also, a Co-Founder at three other firms in technology and energy consulting. He is currently pursuing a doctoral programme, with research interests in Digital strategy and leadership.
